Online psychotherapy in Washington and Colorado.

I offer individual online psychotherapy for adults located in Washington and Colorado, with a focus on Parts Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other experiential approaches that support deeper healing and lasting change.

A different way of creating change

I believe meaningful change often happens not by trying harder to get rid of the parts of ourselves we don't like, but by learning to understand and relate to them differently.

In our work together, we slow down and get curious about what is happening beneath the symptoms and patterns that brought you to therapy. Rather than viewing anxiety, self-criticism, shutting down, people-pleasing, addictive behaviors, or other struggles as problems to eliminate, we explore the parts of you that carry them—how they came to take on these roles, what they are trying to protect you from, and what they may need from you now.

Through IFS, Parts Work, Inner Child Work, and other experiential approaches, I help you develop a more compassionate relationship with your internal world and access more of the grounded, curious, and deeply wise Self that exists beneath it. We can work with parts that are in conflict with one another, tend to the wounds they are carrying, and help different parts of you feel heard, understood, and increasingly able to work together rather than against one another.

Over time, this can create a greater sense of integration and inner peace. Instead of feeling pulled in different directions by competing parts of yourself, you can become more Self-led and more able to make choices that feel aligned with who you are and the life you want to live.

There is something paradoxical about this work: we aren't approaching parts of you with the goal of forcing them to change. We approach them with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand them. And often, when parts finally feel understood, their needs are met, and they no longer have to carry what they've been carrying, change begins to happen naturally.
