Online coaching for deeper healing, growth, and transformation.
I offer online coaching for adults seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful change, with a focus on Parts Work, IFS-informed practices, Inner Child Work, and other experiential approaches.
Together, we can explore the parts of you that may feel stuck, conflicted, afraid, or pulled in different directions; understand the deeper experiences and patterns shaping your life; and work toward greater integration, self-compassion, inner peace, and the freedom to live in ways that feel more authentic and aligned.
More than goals and accountability
Coaching is often associated with setting goals, creating action plans, and holding yourself accountable. While those things can be useful, my approach goes deeper.
Often, when we know what we want but can't seem to move toward it, there is a reason. One part of you may desperately want change while another is afraid of what that change could mean. You may find yourself procrastinating, shutting down, overthinking, people-pleasing, striving for perfection, or repeatedly falling into patterns you consciously want to leave behind.
Rather than trying to push past these parts of yourself, we become curious about them.
Through Parts Work, IFS-informed practices, Inner Child Work, and other experiential approaches, we can explore what different parts of you are trying to protect you from, what they fear might happen if you changed, and what they may still be carrying from earlier experiences. We can work with the fears, wounds, beliefs, and internal conflicts underneath the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
The goal isn't to force yourself into becoming a different person. It's to develop a more compassionate and connected relationship with your internal world, so that different parts of you can feel heard, understood, and increasingly able to work together.
As that happens, you can become more Self-led: less governed by fear, old protective patterns, or competing internal voices, and more able to move through your life with clarity, freedom, and a sense of alignment with who you are and what you genuinely want.

How coaching differs from psychotherapy
While my background as a psychotherapist deeply informs the way I work, coaching is a separate service from psychotherapy. Coaching with me can still involve deep, experiential work exploring your internal world, the experiences that have shaped you, and the patterns and parts that may be affecting how you feel, relate, and move through your life.
Unlike psychotherapy, however, coaching is not mental health treatment and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health disorders. If you are seeking treatment for a mental health condition, experiencing significant psychological distress, or need a level of support that falls within the scope of psychotherapy, coaching may not be the appropriate service.
What working together looks like
Coaching is offered online and is not limited to clients in Washington or Colorado. You can work with me from wherever you live.
I typically work with clients on a recurring weekly or every-other-week basis, allowing us the consistency and continuity to engage more deeply in the work. Coaching can also be more flexible depending on what you’re looking for, with as-needed and one-time sessions available as well.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are $160 per session.
